We can’t avoid it might as well face it, do something about it. Let’s do something about this.

Need something to perk up your day?

Here’s a classic video of Mumford & Sons performing “Roll Away Your Stone” at the Oxford Art Factory in Sydney, Australia, complete with a several minute long (and audience requested) banjo solo by Winston! I guarantee this will brighten your day!

Absolutely brilliant.

I hate when your emotions turn to physical discomfort. That nauseous gnawing weight that just sits in your stomach, and won’t let you focus on anything else.

I am tired of it all.

Sadness, pain, hurt. It’s all beautiful in it’s own way. It’s deep, it’s pure, and it makes us grow, mature, and learn to accept that not everything can go as planned. Sadness helps you appreciate the ups, pain gives you immense strength, and hurt breeds patience. Then in the end, the pain passes, but the beauty remains. There is beauty in everything. You just have to look for it. Happiness, freedom, grace. Also deep, and when pure, help us develop a contagious aura of optimism. There is beauty in every true smile, every laugh has an attraction to another, and to hold your head high is to throw away your fears. Being free and peaceful is beauty beyond words.

It takes so long to find someone worth keeping. You would be.

hardest, longest past few days ever.
